By redefining the meaning of the word “sex” to incline”gender identity “ and permitting men to play on women’s sport teams, women will once again be at a disadvantage in society! This will cause fewer opportunities to earn accolades and scholarships in sports. In addition, danger of physical and mental abuse!

A summer assignment at Westland Middle School in Montgomery County, Maryland asked students to become advocates for the “LGBTQIAP+” community. They could make a poster, a flag, a proposal for a learning event or an invitation to speak to Alex Gino (they/them), a self-described “author of queer and progressive middle grade fiction.”
It is unclear if this was an assignment for all students or if it was required or optional.
